Florida Marriage Records Search
For marriage records since June 6, 1927 to the present, copies of Florida marriage certificates are available for purchase from both the Florida Department of Health's Bureau of Vital Statistics and the Clerk of the Court in the county where the marriage occurred. Marriage records prior to June 6, 1927 or recent marriage records (within the first 60 days) are only available directly from the County Clerk of the Court where the marriage license was issued.
Certified copies of Florida marriage records are available by mail order for $5 with a check or money order made payable to the Bureau of Vital Statistics along with a completed application sent to the following address:
