Colorado Marriage Records Search
Certified copies of Colorado marriage licenses are available for purchase directly from the County Clerk and Recorder Office in the county where the marriage license was issued. The State Vital Records Office can only provide a certified verification of marriage records for the years 1900 to 1939 and 1975 to present and only to the registrant, immediate family members, a legal representatives or other persons with a direct interest.
Certified copies of marriage verifications are available by mail order for $17 with a check made payable to the CDPHE Vital Records Section, along with a copy of ID and proof of eligibility and a completed application sent to the following address:
