Use of this service is governed by applicable law, including the Drivers' Privacy Protection Act and related state laws (DPPA) and the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA). The data regulated by the DPPA and the GLBA may be used only for the permissible uses listed below:

The data provided to you by use of this product may not be used as a factor in establishing a consumer's eligibility for credit or insurance for personal, family or household purposes, employment or a government license or benefit or other purpose not permitted under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)(15 U.S.C. sec 1681).
You agree to release QuickLocator’s LLC and any affiliates including any information providers public or private from any and all liability but not limited to losses, damages or injuries in any way connected with the information or dissemination of information provided to you by us, including but not limited to, inaccurate information, omitted information, or delayed information.
We are not a consumer reporting agency as defined in the
Fair Credit Reporting Act
Please be advised that QuickLocator’s LLC is not a consumer reporting agency as defined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act. None of the information provided by QuickLocator’s LLC has been collected for the purpose of furnishing credit reports as defined by the FCRA. You are not legally authorized to use any of this information as a factor in: 1) establishing a subject's eligibility for personal credit or insurance or analyzing risks associated with existing consumer debt obligations, 2) reviewing a subject’s background for employment, promotion, reassignment or retention, or (3) any other personal business transaction with another person.
Information May not be Used to Cause Harm – Emotional or Physical
You agree that the information provided may not be used to harass, stalk, threaten, embarrass or cause harm to another individual. You may not use the service to look up celebrities or other public persons, or to locate individuals under the age of 18. Information shall not be provided or resold to any other person or entity without our prior written consent.
Terms Relating to Reports
Specific Terms Pertaining to Our Criminal/Inmate Search
If you are conducting criminal background checks, please be advised that this data is not guaranteed to provide a complete or accurate history of any person's criminal history. You should consult state and federal laws before using this information in making decisions on hiring or firing of employees. QuickLocator’s LLC cannot offer any form of advice on how to use or interpret the information contained in criminal/inmate reports and is not responsible for any action taken by the customer based on this information. Clients must use caution when interpreting the results of a criminal/inmate background search. Positive or false matches in criminal/inmate searches may not provide confirmation of a subject's criminal background. Proper use of these reports is the responsibility of our clients.
Your fee is for the search and not the results. Therefore, fees for reports returned with zero results are not refunded. Our fee is for the service of searching records and not the results received. Please also be advised that cases in which a final conviction has not been made will not be on the report. In addition, arrest records will not be located. Only offenses that resulted in a conviction will be provided.
On occasion, we must request additional information to process your results. When we make a request, please reply to our message with the information. Our ability to return reports within the turnaround time is impacted by the timeliness of your response to our request.
Specific Terms Pertaining to Our SSN Trace and Address Search Reports
Only the information listed on our site under “Report Information” is found in these reports. Items that WILL NOT appear on the report are:
• Criminal history
• Bank account/Asset information
• Estate information for deceased individuals
• Birth and Death records
• Marriage and divorce information
• Children of the subject (if under 18)
• Full social security numbers, full DOB, or other personal identifying information
• Employment information
• Credit records
• Medical records
• Military records
• Email addresses
• Unlisted and cell phone numbers
Not all reports will contain every category that we search. We will conduct a search in EVERY category, but all that will be found on the report is information that we locate. If we do not locate information in a specific category, you will not see it listed in the report. We do not guarantee any information will appear on your report nor do we guarantee the accuracy of information contained. The various sources we receive this information from are not always free from error. We cannot interpret results. Your fee is for the service and not for the information contained in the report.
Reports on deceased individuals may be very limited after 7 years; therefore, we advise NOT to purchase a report on a person that has been deceased for 7 years or more.
Please be advised that accuracy of search criteria submitted by our clients will directly determine search results. If you provide inaccurate or outdated information, we cannot process results. On occasion, we must request additional information to process your results. When we make a request, please reply to our message with the information. Our ability to return reports within the turnaround time is impacted by the timeliness of your response to our request.
If a subject has recently moved, we cannot guarantee that our sources will have that information immediately. Most times it can take a couple months for records to update. If your subject has recently moved and you wish to locate a new address, we advise waiting 2 months before you purchase a report.
We will not provide information to you on an individual whose name does not match what you have provided to us on the original search for security reasons. We will give you an opportunity to provide accurate information, and if a report cannot be provided, we will refund your fees.
Specific Terms Pertaining to Our SSN Verification Report
Please see our various SSN Verification Reports under the Sample Reports tab on the SSN Verification page. We cannot guarantee which report you will receive, and we cannot guarantee accuracy of the results. The results we provide depend on what is contained in your subject’s record. We will always inform you if the SSN is valid or invalid, but we cannot promise that your particular subject will have information in our system. Refunds are not provided on SSN Verifications because we always perform the verification and provide an answer regarding whether the SSN is valid or invalid.
When will refunds be issued?
Refunds will only be issued when we cannot provide you with a report. The information contained in a report will never be used as a basis for a refund because your fee is for the service and not the results. A portion of your fee is for access to various sources and databases that we must access to provide you with results. The remainder of your fee is for the labor used in compiling a report for you.
At USATrace, we will work with you to locate a report. Our fee applies for additional searches that may be needed to post a report when our initial search leads to a dead-end. We are committed to locating as much information as we can on your subject. If we cannot provide you with a report, we will refund 100% your fee at your request.
*Please note, once a report is posted on a subject, the service is complete and additional reports for another subject or the same subject at a later date will result in a fee.
Fraud/Chargebacks
Chargebacks and Reversals
We handle all Chargebacks and reversals as potential cases of fraudulent use of our services and/or theft of services. In cases where we have provided a service and we have verified that a client has successfully downloaded a report, possible actions taken by the company may include disabling access to your account, filing a complaint with the Internet Crimes Bureau or local authorities, contacting subjects a client ran a search on in order to warn them of potential fraudulent use of their identities or personal information, or reporting the incident to Paypal which could result in your Paypal account being frozen. Please be advised that all activity and IP address information is being monitored on the site. This information may be used in a case against you if there is fraudulent use or theft of services.
In certain situations our automatic fraud alert system will be triggered by an order and your account will be disabled temporarily. This occurs for various reasons including but not limited to the following:
• Paypal email address differs from email address provided on the site
• Buyer name on paypal account differs from buyer name provided on the site
• Email address appears to be invalid or contains words or characters that are statistically more likely to be associated with fraud
• A new buyer is purchasing bulk orders on the site
When the fraud alert is triggered we will either refuse to process the order and issue a refund or we will request additional information to verify your identity. This information will be verified in our system along with the IP address information that is automatically logged in our system when you purchase a report on our site. We reserve the right to disable an account that triggers the alert system until a client can provide the information necessary to enable the account. In cases where additional information is requested, the turnaround time discussed in Section 4 of these terms and conditions may be longer. We reserve the right to contact the subject you have searched if we determine that your order is associated with fraud or a chargeback. This is simply for the security and privacy of the subject searched.

Some people want to know why we do not process results instantly. We differ from many companies because our reports DO NOT rely solely on automated searches. We assign an actual researcher to each report to gather as much information as possible so you receive high-quality, relevant results. This is why it may take some time to post your report.
Please use the table below to determine when your report will be posted. This table is based on Central Standard Time. The left side of the chart contains various times you may place an order, and top of chart contains various days you may place your order. Use these two fields to determine when your order will be posted. We have a policy of providing results the same day you order. The only time a result may post on the next day would be if you purchased between 6pm and 11:59pm Central Standard Time. When the posting system is unavailable due to system updates or technical issues, we will email results to the primary paypal email address on file.

Echecks are processed after they are cleared. It takes 2-5 business days for Echecks to clear.
