Judgments/Liens/Bankruptcies

This report will include any liens, bankruptcies and judgments filed on an individual. We have expanded our current statewide service into a nationwide service for all orders, and these results are processed for the same low price.

Most times, what will be returned are case details regarding a filed bankruptcy, lien or judgment within the past seven years. The information contained may vary depending on the agency reporting the information and the state where the action is filed. For bankruptcies, information that may be found on the report is the individual's address, file number and date, courthouse location, attorneys involved, amount and type of bankruptcy. For lien records, results may include debtor's name, address, partial social security number, file number and date, where the lien was filed, amount and document type. For judgments, results may include the defendant's name, address, plaintiff name, judgment date, amount of judgment, court location and type of filing.

Please be advised that although we will conduct a nationwide search on every order, we do still have a place where you can request a search for a specific state. We do this because many clients may be looking for a specific record in a particular state or the person they are conducting an investigation on has only lived in one state. If you do not need an in-depth search for 1 state, simply type "nationwide" in your request.
