ANSWER:
First, make sure that you are checking the correct e-mail accounts for your paypal receipt and passwords. Many times clients have multiple e-mail addresses and forget to check the primary e-mail address which they used on the paypal order.
Second, check to make sure that our e-mail to you has not been inadvertently filtered by your ISP's junk filters. This is a big issue on-line for all merchants now, not just our site. Even if our e-mail sent to you was not junk, it may have been filtered accidently by your ISP. Check your "bulk" or "junk" folder in your e-mail client for any e-mails from our site.
Third, we want to assure you that we respond to all issues within 24 hours. If you do not receive an e-mail response from us within that timeframe, please try sending it from another e-mail address or use the submission form above. We will always make sure that you receive what you have paid for.

What is your refund policy?
ANSWER:
This information can be found in our "Terms and Conditions". We do offer refunds if we cannot post a report for your subject. Our refunds are not based on information contained in the report, but on the service of compiling and posting a report. If you have not received that service, you will be refunded.

How do you ensure that fraud is not conducted on the site and that my information is safe?
ANSWER:
Please be advised that we take fraud very seriously at USATrace. All IP address information is logged and provided to the Internet Crimes Bureau in cases of fraud or chargebacks where services have been provided in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. In addition, credit card, payment, and personal information is not kept on the site. We use a respected outside service for payment processing.

Is there any other way to place an order besides using paypal?
ANSWER:
If you wish to place an order by mail, please submit your subject information and SSN or address using our contact form. We will respond to you within a few hours to inform you if we are able to compile a report for your subject. If we are able to provide you with a report, you may submit your payment and request in writing at the PO Box listed in the Contact Us tab.
We will only accept money Orders or Cashier's check.
