HOW TO DEVELOPE YOUR OWN "PROFILE" ON ANYONE OR ANY BUSINESS USING STATE INFORMATION HOTLINES

Does the "007" database exist?

HOME

Approx. 60%-80% of state and county agencies will provide you with information you need via the telephone!! This could be information on an individual or business, such as: incarcerations, criminal records, bankruptcies, colleges attended, degree verification, dba filings, ucc filings, corporate records, and many other searches. The other 20%-40% of the agencies usually will direct you to alternative methods of obtaining the information you seek. This could be a recorded messsage or an employee or operator directing you to these sources or methods.Which may include a Web site that their agency could have with an on-line ordering form that you can print out and fax to them or maybe a real-time order submmission form which will provide you with "instant results".Others may have a fax "hot-line", a 900 call-in line, or maybe they only do "walk-ins" and you have to use their "in-house" computers to look up the information which you seek. I strongly recommend calling the below numbers first, if you do not know where to begin with your investigation on your subject or business. I will show you how to use these numbers to develope a typical "Profile" on any person or business.

Call the below State Information hot-lines to guide you to the appropriate agencies you need to contact within each state.Do not over look these extremelly vital references. In fact, typically you will find that you will need to start with the information hot-lines to direct you to other appropriate agencies for your investigations.

You may need to call one or more of the telephone numbers below depending where information resides on your subject.First before you start, be sure you are working with the correct information which you have obtained. That may include names of persons or businesses, DOB's, street addresses, states, counties, etc..

UNDERSTANDING DATABASE SEARCHES AND LIVE SEARCHES: Databases are not a "Cure-All" for investigations. They are however extremelly inmportant in any investigation. What do I mean by "cure-all" ? I'm speaking of A single report which will reveal everything on your subject. Don't get me wrong you can establish an excellent foundation for your subject. based on limited information through databases. Our "Personal Profile" is a prime example of developing a foundation on your subject.Visit the below web page for more information on the "Personal Profile"

http://www.usatrace.com/nationwidelocator.html

An example of the "cure-all" search would be somebody who watches too many movies and thinks that they can access a "secret database" and in 5 minutes obtain a persons current employment and salary along with their employment history, bank accounts and balances, criminal records in all states(thats one I always hear), all Divorces & marriages (hear this too), all relatives in their families weather they have met them or not, they just "know" they exist, cars their subject may own, unlisted phone numbers, or last 10 days of credit card transactions.

I'm not saying all of the above can not be obtained in part or in whole, however no matter what anybody tells you there is not a single database in the world at this time which will tell you all the above information in one shot!! Including any state or Federal government agency. Sorry The 007 database does not exist. You can however obtain almost all of the above information in one or several pieces, which may take some time. First of all not all states have, or even maintain databases at state levels, weather they can be accessed by individuals or P.I's. is of irrelavance. Some states just don't have them OR they may restrict asccess to Law enforcement only. These typically are the state criminal records and DMV records. Now don't mistake STATE databases for County level searches. Typically The criminal records must first be at a county level before they become archived at the STATE level. Hard to believe in the late 90's that some states don't even have a statewide database for specific searches, but it is true.

You should have some information on your subject first before starting. This could be just a first and last name and approx. DOB. Or you may have their name and maybe an old address they have used, or city, town, state they have resided in. Maybe you have some additional information about them. Like maybe you know they were incarcerated in Oregon state prison for a few years or they attended a specific college, or filed for bankruptcy,or went through a divorce, (There is lots of that going around)

EXAMPLE OF HOW TO CREATE YOUR OWN "PROFILE" ON AN INDIVIDUAL: Lets just say that this person has been hanging around with your sister lately and rumor has that he has been in prison in Oregon.Call Oregon states Information "Hot-Line" below, and ask them for the number for inmate information. They will provide you with the approriate number for obtaining current and previous inmate information in that state. Call the that number and tell them you suspect that this individual has done time in Oregon but you only know their first and last name and approx. DOB.Well I know for a fact that Oregon will provide you with a match of your subject via the phone and provide you with the subjects DOB if you ask.Well now you know your subjects DOB,what county your subject was committed from, what he was in for, and how long they where incarcerated because the Oregon state corrections just told you. Now call the county where your subject was commited from and order his file based upon his name and DOB.Oh,by the way. Name and DOB is all you really need for criminal record check. Many people believe that you need a ssn when going directly to the courts to obtain criminal record information. Not true! Anyway, criminal records are all public information. Meaning anyone who is a citizen of the U.S can access these records by simply going to the county courthouse of their choice and viewing the records, unless they are sealed or the specific county has stipulations for accessing these records.I personally know of none. Not for criminal records anyway.Whether they can give you info. over the phone or maybe they have a special fax number to the courthouse where you can order by credit card or check for a minimal fee. Maybe thay have a web site where you can order your subjects record. Anyway obtain his file. Look in this file and you may find an old address of the subject, an old phone number, maybe his ssn will be in there, a bail bondsman, Attorney, friends name, names of relatives, accomplices, etc. You get the picture. From here, your search can branch out, depending on what you find and how you want to proceed. Maybe you want to get some info. on others in the file. Maybe you just confirmed that this guy was in fact from another state and that he was incarcerated for fraud. You can go many ways here its your choice.

You know that An old partiall address or phone number in the file revealed that he lived in Texas previously, So you decide to see if this guy has been in any kind trouble in Texas. Also you suspect that maybe he has had numerous wives and he probably has been divorced more than a few times in the past.

Go to the link below and enter the city and state to get the name of the county where your subject lived. This is a free search.

http://www.mit.edu:8001/geo

If you now know the zip code in which the old partiall address was located go to the link below to find the county for the zip code, and enter zip code in the zip code box.Up will pop the county on the next page it takes you to!

Now based upon the name of the county where your subject has past resided. You will now call the Texas state information hot line below and obtain the phone number for the Texas department of corrections. Ask for the phone number that will provide you information for all current and past inmate information. After you have made your calls you will now want to obtain any information that is on file within all the counties your subject has resided in. I'm speaking of civil and criminal records, bankruptcies, etc. Call the Texas information hot-line and ask for the phone number(s) to the corresponding courthouses in the specific counties wich you have chosen to search. Many counties will tell you simple access methods for obtaining records. This can be a special fax number where you can order via credit card, a web site, Or just ask them if they do phone searches. In fact I have a web site address that handles Texas statewide criminal records and sex offender searches in "Real-Time" via internet.

The state information hot-lines can direct you to any state agency you need. Just ask!! They have as many numbers for every existing state office as you can imagine. They can provide you numbers for state bar associations within any state, DBA filings, or direct you to chamber of commerce organizations where you can obtain info. on businesses. What you do is just call the numbers and obtain phone numbers in a hierachy type pattern until you have reached your destination.

The principal method of obtaining information on any business is the same.If the business is a corporation then they must be registered with the Secretary Of State. What if I need information for Federal Government offices and courts etc. Like bankruptcy courts , expert witnesses, federal courts etc. No problem!!
