Default Looking for an old friend

Before i start giving out information I'd like to know if there are any chances of finding the location of this person with the limited info i have of her.
First of all, i'm looking for a minor. She obviously lives with her parents though. So practically finding any info about her parents will be just as good.

Unfortunately i dont know the address of her father's home, who is the owner of the residence. I know his last name but not first or middle name. I know the name of the small suburbian town he lives in so there wont be many others (if not none) with the same last name and profession(i know his job too).
As for the daughter, even though i doubt there is any search engine for minors, she's 17, i know her full name the high school she graduated from and she has a 20 year old sister that lives elsewhere.
I feel a bit reluctant to post names and such as they may be detectable by a google search and i dont want to expose her, could a private message work better? Or deleting the topic after someone has replied and i have read it?
I havent visited any similar pages and i am clueless of people search techniques, if i come out as ignorant or annoying then please forgive me.
Thanks for taking time reading this.
