Medical Condition / Documentation / Toronto / Canada

May 14 2009

I have been to the doctor and hospital about 40 times in the last 31 months.
These are "key phrases" taken from "medical reports" that I have received from the 10 "specialist" that I have been to see
since being poisoned for the "fourth time" since 1997
while having breakfast at the Husky restaraunt in Mississauga 31 months ago.
