As far as I understand, this technology,

brain mapping, remote neural monitoring, etc.

Is being developed for "neurology"

This is to ......"help people"

with brain damage or neurological disorders

It also looks like this technology is also being developed by the

"militaries of the world"

This is to......"make people stupid in the head"

It also looks like there is a "movement" to have this technology

......satellite based.
