PayPal Scam Investigation

I was wondering if anyone might be able to tell me as to how I can find out about a person in which I was talking to via Yahoo Messenger and who subsequently screwed up my PayPal account.

The person that I was talking to via Yahoo messenger is supposedly named Jimmy D. Johnson and at the time I was talking to him he was supposedly living in Rowlett, Texas. I have a picture of what this guy is supposed to look like and I have the address that he was supposed to live at as well as his Yahoo e-mail address, but at the moment I do not know how to get additional information on this guy.

This is important to me because made a lot of promises to me that at the time I was believing, but since that time I have found out that money that he was supposed to send me via PayPal was stolen and I am trying to track down this guy so that I can try to bring him to justice and to prove that he was pulling a scam.

I'm not sure what information I can put on here beyond what I have or even as to where to look to get additional information relating to this guy.

If anyone might happen to have any ideas relating to this issue and this guy, then I would greatly appreciate it if you could let me know.
