Need Some Help

Hey Im a 16 year old fresh out of school and Living in the UK and want to start a business as a PI. I know im to young now but i thought I might as well learn as much as i can. So I would really be grateful if you could provide me with some free PI resources. Like stuff for free background checks (if it exsists) and also info on starting out in the UK...........

Any information would be really good

ps. incase you think im just messing about I have thought alot about this profession and know it can carry long office hours and also has other drawbacks. So please dont think im just some dumb kid
