If your brother is alive he can go to social security office and apply for a new social security card for his son. He would have to provide proof he is the father. Birth certificate would be great. Once you get the social security number you can trace him. Since he is 18 now you could find his address,phone number,place of employment many ways to locate him. Also through the law system. Check Court Docucments in Arizona. Department of transportation etc. Maricopa County has Records of a James G Baxter on it's website. Kids, an 18 year old won't go far from their hometown.

Did you mean get a New Card or a New Number??? If it is just a replacement card. Then obviously nothing would change. However if it is a New Number that would not Help your search in anyway.

I could be wrong here. But I believe what the other poster ment was to get a New Card, Same Number but just a new card. This would then give you his SSN #...

Your next step should be to consider hiring a private investigator in Scottsdale to do stake-out/surveillance of this address to determine/verify whether James (a teen-ager) ever comes out of the home or is possibly living there. Cost will probably be between $100-$200.

My nephew has called my brother wanting to see him. He found himself on the internet under Missing and Exploited Children and started demanding to see his dad. He is now 22 years old and was abducted when 3 days old. I am looking for the member Belle that worked on this case about 3 years ago.
